The uniqueness of the project stems directly from the location of the investment: at the site of the historical gate providing access to Kołobrzeg’s Centre from the north – where Panewniki District (Gate of Panewniki) was to be found on the way connecting the harbour with the town centre and its major buildings, i.e. the Basilica and the Town Hall. The projected building is located directly at the junction of pedestrian passageways which, when followed during a dozen-minute walk, lead to the historical heart of Kołobrzeg, yacht harbour, modern marina, passenger harbour with a lighthouse, seaside park, pier and a wide stretch of beach.
In such inimitable surroundings there are over forty luxury apartments on offer with comfortable, functional layouts and modern technical solutions adding to the ease of living.
One of the basic aims of the project was to provide the occupants with an undisturbed view of the surroundings. That is why all the luxury apartments have comfortable large balconies and loggias where it is possible to enjoy breeze from the nearby sea and summertime sunbathing. With large, wide and energy-saving windows, the apartments boast wonderful views of the Parsęta River, Seaside Park or historical Victoria’s Park.

The general partnership of Abades E. & D. Strojni was established in December 2006.
The partnership aims at constructing luxury apartments, residential buildings and business premises in attractive locations in Kołobrzeg. Within the lifetime of our partnership we have already built 370 luxury apartments and flats, and provided nearly 1,000 m² of business premises. An interesting design, functional layout of the interiors and sound workmanship – these are the major merits of our ventures.
